Non-hormonal cream

Unlike most other vaginal creams, Remifemin® Moisturizing Cream contains no hormones. It also contains no dyes or fragrances. This nourishing moisturising cream from menopause specialists Remifemin® helps to ease vaginal dryness in a gentle and natural way.

Moisture and lipids

The cream's high water content provides intensive hydration. Nourishing lipids (fats) keep skin soft and supple. Added lactic acid keeps Remifemin® Moisturizing Cream within a pH range of 4.2–4.5 to maintain the natural, slightly acidic pH of the vagina.

Witch hazel water

Remifemin® Moisturizing Cream contains witch hazel water, which is produced by steam distillation of the freshly cut branches or leaves of American witch hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana L.). The plant has been used in Native American medicine for centuries. Nowadays, witch hazel products are used in cosmetics, medicines and medical devices.

Use

Remifemin® Moisturizing Cream physically supports the healing process for minor injuries, which can occur in connection with the vaginal mucosa (vaginal lining) thinning and becoming more vulnerable. It also helps make sex more comfortable.

 

Symptoms

Physical symptoms: For symptoms caused by dryness of the vagina or external genital area (feelings of dryness, burning, pain during sex or itching), which can occur during menopause.

How to use it

Remifemin® Moisturizing Cream can be inserted into the vagina using the applicator. To do this, fill the applicator halfway (around 2.5 g cream). The cream should be applied once per day — preferably in the evening before bedtime (if necessary, wear a panty liner).
