It’s the time of year when we are encouraged to change up our lives with resolutions. Eat less! Exercise! Get Organized! And, for the most part, it feels normal to start the New Year with fresh enthusiasm. Unfortunately, a mere 8 percent of people who make resolutions actually end up keeping them. If you aren’t an 8 percenter, those other feelings come your way. Failure! Forget it! Waste of time!
