I’ll admit it. I hate exercise. If you like exercise, I’m happy for you, because life is easier if you like something that you should do. I have friends who really genuinely like to exercise and I have to say I’m jealous. They look forward to it, it’s an enjoyable part of their day and they never miss it. I on the other hand hate it, dread it, don’t want to do it, and wish I could skip it entirely. For many years I did skip it on a consistent basis.
